Rob is degreed in Exercise Science and Physical Education from Arizona State University. ASU is one the top universities in the country for exercise physiology research. He is nationally certified as well as a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). ACSM is the world leader in research and development for sports science education. Rob began his quest in health and fitness in the U.S. Army where his leadership in group exercise helped maintain his fellow troop morale. When it comes to exercise, discipline is a must! Rob now shares his experience and knowledge with individuals privately and large corporate facilities.

Rob is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Arizona and is certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). He completed his initial degree at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA). Rob continues his education in the art and science of massage and is constantly finding new ways to help his clients improve their health. Rob has been able to share his unique massage experience with numerous valley business VIP's, musicians, performing artists, and athletes. But you don't have to be an elitist to benefit from his work. Rob enjoys sharing his skills with hard-working students, non-working retirees, and over-working homeland heros. Now, it's your turn!
